*IMPORTANT VIDEO:  for all new puppy owners to watch before bringing home their new puppies. It will tell what supplies to buy in a very easy to understand video. Thank you Spring Creek!
A HIGHLY ADVISED READ! Especially for people with children, but good for everybody!

For crate training: a double door crate with divider (size depends on projected adult size of pup)!
                                      Sherpa crate bed
Training: Gates or X-pen to confine pup to small area of house.
Chewing: Bully sticks (plain, not smoked) and/or plain cow hooves - but limit time to 20 minutes to avoid tummy problems!
Collar: small puppy collar 1/2" wide and 6-10" long. Bigger collar, 10-16 inches adjustable, 3/4 " wide. Lupine is an excellent brand — available on amazon.com!
Harness: when the puppy gets older and starts to pull, an Easy Walk harness or Gentle Leader is good!
Kurgo Enhanced Strength Dog Car Harness

Leash: 6 foot leash, leather is easier on the hands and gives you a good grip!
Car: Puppy should be in a crate for a few months (plastic travel crate is fine)!
Then a car harness should be used — this is a link to a good one!
Cleaning: Nature's Miracle or other odor eliminator!
Grooming: steel comb with two tooth widths and slicker brush!
                                      Ear cleaning solution!
Feeding: two bowls for food and water!
Toys: Kong brand or Nylabone brand are good quality toys. Any rubber toys should be very hard rubber (like the Kong) and watch for pieces breaking off.
Note: No rawhide or edible bones or "tooth cleaning treats" of any kind!
